Christmas came to Michigan late Saturday night with the
first winter "storm" of the year.
This photo was taken on the way to my in-laws home.
It was clear we weren't going anywhere Sunday morning without snow tires on my husband's mustang, so early Sunday morning he got busy putting on the tires. Shortly after going into the garage I could hear someone's voice over the air compressor. I went to the door to find my husband pretending he was on a Nascar pit crew and yelling "all clear!" and other nascar-ey phrases. It was hilarious. He is just too cute.
He did get the tires changed in about 20 minutes though. Impressive? I'd say so...
the rest of the weekend included a 2 hour drive home
in the "storm"-- which, really wasn't ALL that bad...
(people just do not know how to drive)

so, we passed about 15 cars in the ditch.
