Sorry I have been MIA today......I was just hanging out with Julie & Dr. Phil all morning! I went to my very first show taping ever and it was so fun! We got up bright and early to head to Paramount Studios where the film both Dr. Phil and the Doctors and after a bit of a wait we finally headed in. We got great seats (2nd row, right behind the expert/family) so hopefully we will be on TV! I made sure I made extra "shocked" faces and hoped one of the camera men would single me out and put a shot of me on the show! Our show was called "Held Hostage by my Father" and was really graphic and sad... not sure when it is going to be in TV but I will keep checking the website so you can try and see Julie & I on the show! We are practically famous now..... when we were leaving we got VIP tickets to the Doctors! So excited to go to another taping with Julie and hopefully the husband can go as well! We had to leave our cell phones/cameras in the car so we only got a few pictures outside the lot!  |

ReplyDeleteI desperately want to go to a show taping. When I was visiting LA a few years ago I was on the wait list for the Joan Rivers Roast - unfortunately that's the way the wait list rolls. Definitely keep the blogosphere notified for when 'your' show airs.

SO there's this restaurant called Cafe Rio that started in Utah. It's AMAAAAZING! Seriously, I think everyone's completely addicted to it. They have a few new locations in california and you. have. to. go! Get the pork salad with black beans and the house dressing. :) You can thank me later when you life becomes complete. hahaha!

ReplyDeleteGoing to a taping is a MUST while in LA. I went to "Let's Make a Deal" and got on the show! We had a great time...but there's tons of waiting around too.
