I was so excited when I found out that Michaela of Michaela Noelle Designs was going to be in town for Easter and that we could meet up for Easter church service! It was already weird enough because, for one thing, it didn't even feel like Easter to us and two, we were in a city where we barely know anyone! Church service was amazing and Michaela's sweet family invited us over for dinner later that evening so we wouldn't have to be all alone! What a fantastic family! I also got to bring Bella over to meet Hope for a puppy blate. Bella wasn't quite sure of Hope but I think once they can get out and run and play outside together they will become great buddies. We still managed to get some great pictures of them and I also snapped a few pictures of Michaela who is more gorgeous in real life than on her blog! AND we found out we will both be visiting Michigan at the same time (her boyfriend is from my hometown in MI) so we get to go on a double-date-blate! WHOA! So excited to have met this wonderful girl! Other than that, the husband and I bought furniture at IKEA and finished getting things set up and unpacked on our new apartment. All in all, a good first day in San Jose and a wonderful Easter!
