"take me above your lights, carry me through the night, hold me secure in flight, sing me to sleep tonight"
In about 9 hours I will be boarding Alaska Airlines to Seattle! I am pretty excited about visiting another part of the country I have never been too. Seattle is promising to be rainy all weekend, but I am okay with that because I feel like I will truly get a taste of the 'real' Seattle-- the one with umbrellas and rainboots, sweaters and warm coffees held close. I get to take some fantastic people's photos while I am there too, shooting in a rainy city will certainly be a test, but one that I am excited to go for. My adventure will lead me down through Portland, Oregon where Michaela and I are getting to meet up with Bonnie of Whim Wham Life. Very excited for a weekend of city exploring and adventures coupled by good talks, late nights and long drives with the music up loud.
I am feeling a little apprehensive and sad about leaving Bella for four nights. (Oh, you thought I was going to say I was sad about leaving the husband for that long?) Sure I will miss the husband too but I know that he will be just fine but my little Bella? Who I spend everyday with? And cuddle with a night? I am just so sad to be away from her and leave her home alone all day while husband is at work. I know, I am crazy.
Friday's Letters will be up tonight for linking, but I do not foresee getting to comment since I will be busy! I will be back here next Tuesday! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
Over & Out,
A
