Dear New House, I love you so much. Except last night when I was home alone, waiting for Jonathan to arrive and I worked myself into such a terrified frenzy I ended up crying thinking someone was in the house waiting to murder me.
Dear Husband, note to self, bring the gun over tonight!
Dear Furniture, We should probably order some of you so we have a place to sit...and eat.... yep.
Dear Michigan, Pretty please can it be spring now? Dear Friends, Thanks for bearing with me this week as we have been moving. Hopefully we will have internet at the new house soon next week, but it might be a few days until you hear back from me! ReplyDeletePretty house. Oh, you poor thing. I remember times being petrified when I was alone at home. I finally started quoting scripture and not listening to the lies in my head and it helped! Hope you get some furniture soon.

ReplyDeleteAshley, I know what you mean about being home alone at first!! The first time I was in our house alone I swore someone was in the house!! I didn't move from the sofa upstairs for atleast 4 hours!!

So I am just catching up in the blogging world from the past few weeks! I can not express how happy I am for you and your husband. The house is beautiful! And until I read this post, I had no clue I had missed the baby announcement! Congratulations!!!! I will keep you guys in my thoughts and prayers. A friend of mine just recently announced she was 12 weeks pregnant, after a hard year of losing three pregnancies. She finally got to hear a strong and healthy heart beat!

ReplyDeleteI would work myself into a frenzy too if I just moved into a new house. I am terrified of everything! haha Glad to know you were safe though, but definitely bring that gun along for emergencies! So excited for these wonderful new steps in y'all's lives! New house and New baby! :)
